The petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2017 in connection with Sonokhar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 188 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) & 30 (F) and 37 (B) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Spl. Court, Excise,
