JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 By order dated 13.12.2016, the petitioner was directed to remove the defects within four weeks, failing which it was directed that the petition shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, were removed but one day after the last date fixed by this Court. The defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter have already been removed. As such, this application is allowed and the case is restored to its original file.

The case shall be listed before the appropriate Bench in due course.
