Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was last seen along with the deceased. Motive revealed against the petitioner is that the deceased had love affair with the daughter of the petitioner, which was not liked by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2017. Investigation is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is circumstance of last seen, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6690 of 2018(4) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 802 of 2017, corresponding to Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016, (G.R. No. 62 of 2016) subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
