The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case no.57/2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 224, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that the police had gone to apprehend the criminal Kali Singh and there the petitioner came and tried to get him released. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is general in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20161 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather the petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and if any prayer is made, the learned court below shall try to dispose of the same, if possible on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
