Petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 306, 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact the deceased was their grandmother and she died due to catching of fire while performing Puja. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are languishing in custody since 19.08.2019.

Case No. 410 of 2019.
