2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- " That, this petition has been filed for issuance of order/ orders/ direction/ directions/ writ/ writs

Patna High Court CWJC No.17796 of 2022 dt.17-04-2023 2/3 commanding the respondents for the following reliefs:- I. For direction to the concerned respondent for consideration afresh for award of contract for the Tender issued vide Annexure-5.

II. For staying the allotment of work to the Respondent no. 7 till the pendency of the proceeding.

III. For direction upon the respondents to continue with the petitioner at the fixed by the department.

IV. For direction upon the concerned respondent for not publishing and circulating defamatory notes and statements on their whatsapp group against the Petitioner Firm?

V. For any other and further reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been awarded work on 22.11.2021 and it was stayed by the concerned authority on 13.10.2022. In the result, show cause notice was issued and petitioner's explanation has been sought and it is under consideration either to continue the work order dated 22.11.2021 in favour of the petitioner or to cancel the same. In this regard, concern/ competent authority is hereby directed to take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
