2. The relief was granted to the petitioner on 27.08.2025. Now, the modification petition has been filed on two counts:
(i) inadvertently, the petitioner himself in the prayer portion incorporated the name of the Court as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda which should have been learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68747 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/3 (ii) the second prayer is that he do not have bank account in the State Bank of India and as such it be recorded as any Nationalized Bank.
3. So far as the first prayer is concerned, wrong facts were recorded in the application itself which resulted into incorporation in the order. However, in the interest of justice, the same is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
4. In the prayer portion, the Court of learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda be read as learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda.
5. So far as the second prayer is concerned, the condition as recorded in paragraph-7 is modified to the extent as follows:
7. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the fact that omnibus allegation is there, petitioners have no criminal antecedent, an undertaking has been given that they shall be diligently appearing in trial, in that

15,000/-) through Demand Draft issued by the local State Bank of India branch/Nationalized Bank to be submitted before the concerned Court to be handed over to the informant/injured.
6. The order dated 27.08.2025 stands modified as recorded above.
7. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
