JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 05.9.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7029 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 P2/ (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
