JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pothia P. S. Case No. 125 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304B/ 34 of IPC.

Petitioners happens to be the father-in-law, brother-inlaw, mother-in-law and married sisters-in-law. Case is of dowry death with allegation of demand and torture and killing her by hanging.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71043 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 and as a matter of fact, she has committed suicide by hanging. She was taken to the hospital, but she died.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Kishanganj, in connection with Pothia P. S. Case No. 125 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that they have to co-operate in the investigation.
