The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No.393 of 2021 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been implicated in this case due to personal grudge. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
