2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 300 litres country made liquor was recovered from behind the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2024 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Exclusive Judge Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P. S. Case No. 151 of 2024 .
