The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case no. 121 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act 2016.
11.700 lts. of Nepali wine is said to have been recovered from the motorcycle while petitioner managed to escape abandoning the motorcycle as per Chaukidar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He has no concern either with the seized liquor or with the aforesaid motorcycle. He has been falsely

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-III-cumSpecial Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case no. 121 of 2017.
