2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15592 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/3 appropriate writ, order or direction, for disposal of the Mutation Revision Case No. 146/2023-24 (Prahlad Kumar singg Vs. D.C.L.R., East, Muzaffarpur and others) pending in the court of Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur, which has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 13.04.2023 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, East, Muzaffarpur in Mutation Appeal No. 400 of 2022 by which appeal of the petitioner was dismissed with entirely wrong, incorrect and baseless allegation and the same is also fit to be dismissed.

3. Without going into the merits of demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsel.

4. The only prayer sought for in the present writ petition by the writ petitioner is seeking disposal of the Mutation Revision Case No. 146/2023-24 pending before the Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 3) herein. Learned counsel submits that it will suffice for the moment if the Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the said Mutation Revision by fixing a time frame. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15592 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 3/3 Mutation Revision Case No. 146/2023-24 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The authority before passing any order shall put the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 6 to 10 herein on notice and grant them an opportunity of hearing. In case any objections are filed by the Respondent Nos. 6 to 10, the same shall be considered by the authority before passing the order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. It is made clear this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and leaving all issues/ objections to be raised by the parties and to be decided by the authorities on merit.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
