Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that he had not named the petitioner as kidnapper rather other persons are named. However, he has stated that the petitioner was a conspirator in kidnapping.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
