It appears that on 20.01.2014 notices were issued to respondent no.6, who is plaintiff in the suit, in admission matter. Notices have been validly served. At the time of hearing of this writ application in admission matter nobody appeared on behalf of respondent no.6.

By the impugned order dated 21.11.2013 passed by Munsif, Khagaria in Title Suit No.36 of 2013 the court below permitted the respondent no.6 to work as Headmaster of Arya Kanya Girls School, Khagaria till 31.03.2014. At the time of issuance of notices on 20.01.2014 the operation of the said order was stayed. Since by the impugned order, which was stayed, respondent no.6, plaintiff was only permitted to work up to 31.03.2014, which has also expired, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.85 of 2014 (6) dt.14-12-2015 writ application appears to be infructuous now. Therefore, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
