Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are under suspicion alongwith other named accused to have caused murder of the son of the informant. The FIR was lodged after recovery of dead body from a well.

Submission is that only material is suspicion. Even the statement of FIR would reveal that other named accused had threatened few days ago to commit murder. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19830 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tarapur Police Station Case No.14 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
