Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he induced the daughter of the informant to flee away along with another boy.
Submission is that in fact the matter is of love affairs between the daughter of the informant and that boy and both have already married and are hiding somewhere else. The petitioner has been simply implicated on suspicion. There is no other material against the petitioner in the case diary. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10736 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 the trial.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No. 179 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
