2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner abused and assaulted the informant by means of lathi due to which he sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local rival. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of 20 days of the alleged occurrence without reasonable explanation. It is next submitted that the doctor has found the injury simple in nature. The petitioner has got clean

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023,, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
