8/8 have been redressed. Therefore, the present Letters Patent Appeal does not survive for consideration. The same has not been disputed by learned counsel for the respondent no.3.
2. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the appellants' grievance have been redressed. Therefore, orders of the learned Single Judge passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8021 of 2016 dated 03.10.2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 6708 of 2016 dated 03.10.2017 would not be a hurdle insofar as grievances of Appellants are concerned, in the light of Paras 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3. Accordingly, both Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 1502 of 2017 and 1543 of 2017 stand disposed of.
