Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons named in the FIR including the petitioner were allegedly teasing to the wife of the informant as well as her sister when they had gone to the market. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19892 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chausa Police Station Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
