2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's minor niece was kidnapped by the co-accused Sahil Kumar and Prabhat Singh with 2-3 unknown persons with a view to marry her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion being friend of co-accused Sahil Kumar. There is no material against the petitioner. He was never

Petitioner is a young boy and is in judicial custody since 10.06.2024 and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the present case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024.
