The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019, registered under Sections 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the victim herself has stated in her Affidavit that she was not kidnapped and all the persons are innocent, who have been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,
