The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 registered under Sections 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of this petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court on 29.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50053 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court on 29.03.2022 vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 50053 of 2021. Now, there is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.303 of 2023(3) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
