The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 295 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 74424 of 2018, 11581 of 2018, 56165 of 2017 and 63717 of 2017.

No.62240 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-III, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
