1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 300 of 2021 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning on the tempo along with Rs.2,32,730/-, two persons with their faces covered stopped the vehicle of the informant, assaulted him and snatched the amount which he was carrying.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered against two unknown accused persons. The name of the petitioner transpired in his confessional statement made before the police. No incriminating article has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.329 of 2023(3) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 recovered from the petitioner's possession and he has not been put on T.I. parade inspite of his being in custody since 15.9.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and chargesheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on T.I. parade inspite of his being in custody for more than two years since 15.9.2021, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case no. 300 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Supaul.
