JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the dead body of the mother of the informant was found in a pond and the informant suspects the hand of petitioner as earlier there was quarrel between the petitioner and mother of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that save and except the suspicion, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and she has been made accused in this case only because, there was a quarrel between the petitioner and deceased.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
