Parbatta, District-Bhagalpur bearing Khata No.942, Khesra No.1002, Area 0.06 decimals belongs to a trust, an Anganwari Centre is being constructed, petitioner, who claims to be a person who visits the temple regularly, has filed a petition in public interest.

At the instance of the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. If the property belongs to the trust and the trust property has been taken away, it is for the trust to ventilate the grievance.
