Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62192 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate from the husband of the deceased and they have nothing to do with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased. Petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is in custody.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
