3/4 ORAL ORDER 04-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent-State.

2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioners are prepared to file detailed representations before the District Education Officer, Rohtas, District- Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 5) and the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 6) and prays that if such representations are filed, an appropriate direction be issued to the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to dispose of the said representations within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file detailed representations before the District Education Officer, Rohtas, District- Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 5) and the District

4/4 Programe Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 6) within one month from today and if such representations are filed within the stipulated time, the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are directed to dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the District Education Officer, Rohtas, District- Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 5) and the District Programe Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 6) should be a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 within a further period of three months from the date of filing of the representations by the petitioners, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
