The petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2017 in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.366 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.366 of 2017.
