The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-disposal of the appeal preferred by him before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority which is pending since 2012.
Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application
Patna High Court CWJC No.19767 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority to take appropriate decision on the appeal preferred by the petitioner being Appeal No. 5 of 2012 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
