Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The occurrence allegedly took place for dispute relating to playing between two groups of students. No overt-act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

No.6033 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) Police Station Case No.841 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
