ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the Medical Council of India is also present. It appears from the supplementary show cause filed by the State that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has filed reply to the supplementary show cause stating clearly that the date of promotion granted in the said order is erroneous and should have been from a prior date.

Such being the case of the petitioner, it is open to him to contest the matter in an appropriate proceeding. Liberty is granted accordingly.

The contempt application, thus, stands disposed of. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U
