JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-11-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka P.S.Case No. 13 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that some unknown miscreants looted cash Rs. 50,000/- kept in the counter of the shop of the informant.

Learned cousnel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The materials have come during the course of investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. He is in custody since 11.04.2023. It is further submits that petitioner has got seven more criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69516 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected for the present.
