Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 8, 12, 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

In view of the specific direction vide order dated 02.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12925 of 2017 to renew the prayer for bail before the court below itself. The petitioner is permitted to renew the prayer for bail before the court below itself. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of in connection with Kochadhaman Police
