Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown persons allegedly kidnapped to the daughter of the informant in presence of the informant. Thereafter, the kidnappers started demanding ransom. Submission is that the victim was recovered from Orchestra party, where she was performing as Artist and thereafter her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she stated that the petitioner was keeping her as wife.

If the aforesaid fact is true, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9983 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hathuwa Police Station Case No.110 of 2017 G.R.No.2812 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
