Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been in custody since 29.05.2013 and there is no likelilhood of conclusion of trial in near future. . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that petitioner's prayer for bail has already been rejected on merit and there is no occasion for this Court to reconsider his prayer for bail afresh, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly rejected.
