JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner in the connected writ application CWJC No. 1695 of 2013 vide order dated 29.1.2013 was given only a limited relief as with regard to the refund of the amount recovered from him on account of nonpassing of the Hindi Noting and Drafting Examination and that the learned counsel for the respondents have produced bankers cheque dated 31.3.2014 showing payment of Rs. 1,09,150/- to the petitioner, being the recovered amount, this contempt application has now definitely become infructuous.
