The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laukaha P.S. Case No.113/1997 corresponding to G.R. No. 688/1997 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed after the lapse of 28 years that too without any explanation.

Accordingly, in view of inordinate delay in filing the bail application, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
