This is a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sharma Kumar he has been implicated in the instant case as well as in two other cases simultaneously. The other two cases are Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 and Pipra P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017. He submits that FIR is against unknown persons and there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.09.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12956 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Pipra P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
