Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No.339 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both parties and both parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66976 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No.339 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
