2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have shot at the deceased jewellar and snatched his bag containing money.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 2.2.2024 and he is accused in 18 more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
