2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.605 of 2020 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, on 11.11.2020, when the informant was going to his sasural, he was stopped by three unknown person and one person threatened the informant with Katta and other two persons pushed him down from his bike and took away his bike and mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R is lodged against unknown persons and no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70903 of 2024(5) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 another case which cannot be taken into consideration as per law. In that specific case, he has not stated anything about this case and also there is nothing specific in the case diary regarding his involvement of the petitioner in this case. Lastly, he prays to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Saran in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 605 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (S. B. Pd. Singh, J) aditya/- U T
