2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order 06.02.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 339 of 2016 by which cognizance was taken against the petitioners under Sections 420, 467, 468, 323, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the I.P.C. and issued summons against them.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
