ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.58699 of 2017. In view of the statements made in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the modification application, condition no.(1) of the said order dated 12.12.2017 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall furnish any other bailor. Other conditions shall remain the same. The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
