Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2017. The petitioner was never put on TIP during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. There is only confessional statement of the co-accused and criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that there is no substantive material against the petitioner in this case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6184 of 2018(4) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
