Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury with iron rod at the head of the informant. The Doctor found a lacerated wound, caused by hard blunt substance, grievous in nature, on the person of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017. Submission is that both sides are agnates. For land dispute, there is case and counter case. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6727 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Belhar Police Station Case No. 81 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
