ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present case has been filed for proper investigation of the first information report bearing Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 1249 of 2022 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner that he shall represent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent no. 3) in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks from today and the Senior

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.33 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Superintendent of Police shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
