The petitioner already in custody seeks bail in connection with Dhankund P.S.Case No. 10 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and except confessional statement, there is no other material even he was not put on TIP though the informant claims to have identified the miscreants and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner namely Md. Kasim @ Moujim, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20944 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Banka , in connection with Dhankund P.S.Case No. 10 of 2016.
