The petitioners are in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2017, arising out of Barauni Zeromile P.S. Case No.186 of 2017, a case under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Ganja was recovered from a truck. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that he was fleeing from the truck. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are neither owner of the truck nor driver of the truck nor cleaner of the truck nor owner of the recovered narcotics. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54263 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ further submits that case-diary would reveal that there is no other material against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
